Let start by stating I typically don't write negative reviews especially for local businesses but I couldn't bite my tongue. While the service was kind and welcoming (apparently new ownership within the last 3 weeks) the food was not good or anything like what I'd had just even 6-7 weeks ago. The Pizzas were undercooked/doughy, the sauce that used to be mildly sweet was overwhelming salty and there was barley any on the pizzas...To top it off they even got my order wrong.. Even after repeating it 3 times. (Half cheese & olive and Half Olive, Green peppers, pepperoni) What I got was Half cheese pepperoni & Half Olive, Green peppers..Not a very complicated order. She even repeated it back to me at check out and I repeated my order and she just maybe didn't hear me?.. I said it 3 times between the phone and pick up, respectfully. Kids a picky eater and now I have to pluck out what used to be big green pepper pieces that are now for whatever reason finely diced green peppers? Look, I understand you're new owners but if it wasn't broken you shouldn't go fixing things. Also at the end she pointed at a new Item they were offering "fish & chips"... Tbh I came for italian pizza & pasta.. Maybe master that first before throwing the fish at us??.. I'm in no way trying to bash a local business. But for 20 years I've come here and this is the first time I've had an issue. I hope you guys find your footing. I will try again and hope for the best. (Note) It'd be nice if you didn't smash the overly salty marinara cup through the middle of the under baked cheesy bread too. Food: 2 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4 Price per person: $60–70
