I go to Romoli on a Sunday evening for dessert. Inside it seems like a bomb has exploded, apart from the people waiting because there is no one at the coffee counter, there are 3 people behind the counter who demonstrate everything except the desire to work. The lady at the checkout says loudly that her mood depends on the menopause. We feel sorry for you, but perhaps I wouldn't share this information with clients but with a doctor. I want to buy millefeuille on which there is a sign, without price, MILLEFEUGLIE BY CUT, VERY GOOD, HOW MUCH DO YOU WANT? from the sign so I understand that AT THE CUT I can take as much as I want so I wait to get the receipt, they will have to weigh it. I wait 5 minutes, no one serves me, so I ask and they tell me I have to get the receipt first. I ask for explanations "how do you know how much I want, don't you weigh it?" Answer: It goes per portion, it says. Actually in my house AL CUT means that you cut as much as I want, you weigh it and I pay, otherwise why even write "how much do you want?". In any case, I'll get the receipt. 6 euros (in spite of the portion that has a weight of??? it's not written there). They cut me a different portion from the previous one, therefore not even standard, and they serve it to me on such a small tray that it came out. I ask for a knife because it is impossible to eat it. They make a fuss about me, I could kill someone with a knife....in the end they give it to me. I consume the millefeuille with a tasteless cream and the puff pastry totally raw and I run home to the bathroom! Never again.
