hei! Thank you for writing to us! It is very important for us to both maintain and improve the quality of our services and to keep the welcoming atmosphere in all our locations. Can you give us more details about what exactly happened, and the approximate date and time, in order to investigate the situation? Thank you for being with us and we apologize for the discomfort created, and if we can help you with anything else, we are here! We wish you a good day!
