Response from the owner a year ago

hey! Thank you for writing to us! It is very important for us to both maintain and improve the quality of our services and to keep the welcoming atmosphere in all our locations. We are sorry for this experience, our colleagues will be retrained on respecting the bathroom cleaning schedule so that these problems do not exist again. Thank you for being with us and we apologize for the discomfort caused and if we can help you with anything else, we are here! Have a good day!
