This business has no customer service skills whatsoever. I ordered my meal, the meal was cold, took double the time for it to be ready. Twenty minutes ended up Forty minutes. Called to talk with the owner Ronald direct not to complain but, to inform him and was told Ronald was busy call back in Twenty minutes. Then called back a second time and you could hear the owner say, "Do I know him, let him wait! Still wouldnt come to the phone, after 10 minutes on hold, I hung up. Whenever im in a city I patronize my black owned businesses first, it is HARD because of the way im treated by our businesses. The next time im in Victorville, I will go to the asian fish market on 7th and La Paz at least they appreciate your business and the food is hot. I didn't want to do this but, this was bothering me from his callousness.

Look... y'all outta line for that Mac n cheese. Take it off the menu for goodness sake. Fish was good.. well the Sole, the catfish tasted a little too under the seaish... could be fried harder. I loved the shrimp.

This place is in the ghetto and for the ghetto. Tried to call to place an order ahead of time for lunch and of course there was no answer after multiple calls. My partner and I from work go in and order and are told 20 mins and it took 45 (our whole lunch almost). We paid $32 and change and when the food was finally ready the lady working the register tells me I need to pay another dollar for a "hot food" fee because she forgot to charge us. Really? That hard up for a dollar and can't even ring it up correctly. Then they didn't give us the red beans and rice we ordered. I should've checked but we were pressed for time to get back to work so I assumed after almost an hour of waiting it would be in the bag! My partner called back to let them know we didn't get our side and they acted like they forgot already when we JUST left. He repeated the ordered about 4 times and she apparently couldn't find the receipt so he was on hold while she dug in the trash for it. Needless to say, this is why black businesses never last because too many of them don't know what good customer service it. They want to run a business but have no interest in actually dealing with customers. Hence, the reason why there's so many pop up fish fry places that disappear constantly. Not a coincidence and won't ever return here.
