It was my first time ever ordering from rook to see what the hype is about. I order 1-2 coffees a day usually from Dunkin’ Donuts or Starbucks because I work full Time and am going to school part time for engineering. I ordered the wrong coffee on line because their naming system online is a little deceiving. I paid for a 10% tip prior to picking up the coffee. The coffee was supposed to be ready in 15 months and I showed up in 5 min. When I walked in I told them that I ordered the wrong item and my was my first time there and the lady at the register rudely responded, “well your coffee is already made so we can’t refund it.” I didn’t even ask for a refund at that point, I just told her that I ordered the wrong coffee. I could tell with that response that she simply just didn’t want to make another coffee because it seemed like an inconvenience. That being said, I will never inconvenience the point pleasant room coffee nor any other rook coffee with an order again. That is the first and last time I give them my daily double coffee order. Thank you for your horrible hospitality rook; you lost a customer before you even had one Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

They don’t have espresso and I don’t under how you are a coffee shop without that
