I ordered carryout which is how I usually order. Got home(yes I should checked it before I left). But in my defense they have always gotten the order right. So I get my dinner out(ordered the fantail shrimp with onion rings instead of fries)there are only 3 onion rings,no sauce,no coleslaw. So I call immediately and leave my number. Was told it would probably be tomorrow before anyone called. I received a phone call from the general manager Shelly and she asked me where I lived and personally brought me my missing food!!! She definitely went above and beyond to make it right.....14 out 10. Definitely recommend eating there. The food is always delicious. Roosters Wing Shack is one of those places that’s easy to recommend. The food was fresh, flavorful, and hit the spot, and the atmosphere made the experience even better. I especially loved all of the vintage signs and old-school memorabilia covering the walls. Everywhere you look there’s something different to check out, which gives the place a fun, laid-back personality. Whether you’re stopping in to watch a game, grab a few drinks with friends, or just enjoy a great meal, this is the kind of place you can settle into for a while. The service was friendly, the food came out hot, and the overall vibe was welcoming from the moment we walked in. It’s a great local hangout with good prices, great food, cold drinks, and plenty of character. I’ll definitely be coming back to work my way through more of the menu!
