The restaurant is very well looked after and located in the center of Modena. The food is very good and attention to detail is taken into account. Roots is an experience not just a meal to share. Each dish is presented in detail with great enthusiasm, everything is taken care of to the utmost, the atmosphere is extremely welcoming. The idea that the menu is designed by multiple chefs from different culinary traditions arouses curiosity, the final result is surprising and even exceeds expectations.
