Made reservations for dinner and were seated promptly at the requested time. They have a causal Caribbean dining menu - primarily Puerto Rican and has also the classic hits. What was very interesting was a dedicated Plant-Based Goodness - so a great option for Vegetarians! I got the Vegetable Mofongo ($29) and while the plating was appealing, the dish lacked some sauce/gravy. The first few bites were good, but once the dish started to cool down, the mofongo was too dry and difficult to consume. I really missed some sauce to gulp the food down! Service was excellent, very attentive team, and really nice ambiance. Highly recommend this spot whether you are staying in the resort or not! Price per person: $50–60 Vegetarian options: Great options

Of all the restaurants at Rio Mar, this is the best. They offered several gluten-free, dairy-free and vegan options which makes this an easy choice for groups with different food sensitivities/preferences. Everything we ate was amazing! We only wish we found this restaurant sooner in our stay! Ambiance is bright and welcoming with friendly and attentive staff. Thanks to Delila who was our wonderful server!
