This restaurant served up one of the best dining experiences I've EVER had the pleasure of enjoying.Rarely does the food,service & ambiance all come together creating an excellent experience. I ordered the butternut squash soup & the pork entree. Both seasoned perfectly with portions enough for two.Bobby was my server & I couldn't have asked for better. Jenna is a true mixologist behind the bar making me a truly fantastic Manhattan.Thanks to Joe for supplying directions to the Paramount Theatre which is easily in walking distance.Roots is a gem. The food & staff are excellent.

Roots the Restaurant is a very Kool place to relax and enjoy great food and spirits.Our waiter was Chip a tall handsome man.Super staff. The Rib Eye was cooked perfectly. also ordered was the Salmon, the sweet potato hash was a tasty change. As for apps, we order the brussel sprouts, absolutely delicious. When your in Rutland VT. stop in.We will be back. Thank You, Roots.
