The food here took over 2 hours, to be served. My grandmother ordered flounder and mashed potatoes. Her mashed potatoes were undercooked. The service here takes forever, and the food was just okay.

I have been going to Rosa Italiana for over a year, but this might have been my last time. Costumer Service is so important in a restaurant and they lack it! First of all, I was overcharged for a panini that I always pay less for and waiting over 20 minutes!!! Second of all, the guy taking my order was completely rude and didn't even ask if I wanted to eat there or to go. And finally, he didn't even ask if I wanted anything to drink. If you want to run a food business you should seriously think about who you hire and that they should have good customer service. There food is great but customer service SUCKS.
