Rosa Mexicano is a restaurant, terrace-bar located on 47th Street of the Gastronomic Corridor, in the Historic Center of the City of Mérida. It is a small place inside, very cute and full of color; Both on the terrace and below it has wooden benches with Mexican sayings and the terrace is a perfect place to cool off and have an incredible view towards the gastronomic corridor and you can even see the beautiful sunset in the direction of Paseo Montejo. The dishes are delicious; While you wait for your order, they bring you tortilla chips with habanero chili sauce (for the brave) and hibiscus sauce with a touch of exquisite chili. The bread is crispy and warm, the BBQ wings are highly recommended and not to mention a baguette of soft and cooked meat, or chicken enough to satisfy your appetite as they are very well prepared and of excellent size. Don't miss the opportunity to meet him when you visit Mérida; Whether with friends, family, partner or alone, you will still love it.
