UNBELIEVABLE!!!! My family and I went to Rosati's pizza after my son's game, only to encounter the worst customer service ever. The manager, Barry, was incredibly rude and very confrontational, insisting we sit outside in 52-degree weather because we supposedly took up too many tables. After enduring 30 minutes of confusion and frustration, I discovered Barry hiding in the back, laughing at the chaos he created. This restaurant is a joke - I won't be returning or recommending it. Encinitas has plenty of great restaurants with proper service. Upper management, if you're reading this, find a manager who cares about your establishment. One of the attached pictures captures an employee disrespectfully yelling at a team parent - utterly unacceptable.
