Ordered two pizzas to go. Cheese and plain white with sausage and mushroom. Flavor was good for both with decent quality ingredients, but found the topping quantity (mushroom/sausage) to be sparse for a 14" pizza. Not sure if it was off-night for kitchen, or just sticking to cheese is safer bet? Little disappointed. This was my 2nd time ordering for delivery First time was good except the delivery person somehow made my 18inch pizza fold in half and stick to the box so looked like I ordered a small, did not knock or ring bell and left it on in the box on the ground which i called rosatis explained the situation and was credited a free 18inch on my next order.. I called on my next order yesterday few days later recieved the credit but, had to wait 2 hrs for delivery (which I understand if there busy) but, I was told 45 mins then here we go with the delivery service did not knock on door or ring bell to notify my food was here Delivery person put my boxed pizza & baged pasta on the floor in front of my door by the time I opened my front door and got my food pizza was tad bit cold Delivery person needs TO RING BELL OR KNOCK DO NOT LEAVE IT ON GROUND OR HIRE A NEW STAFFING TO DELIVER PROPERLY !!!!!!!! Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $20–30 Food: 5 Service: 4

Thank you for your review and for giving us another opportunity after your first delivery experience. We're glad our team was able to make things right with the credit on your account, but we understand your frustration regarding the delivery process. Having an order left at the door without a knock or doorbell notification can certainly impact the overall experience, especially after a longer-than-expected wait. Your comments regarding delivery communication have been noted and will be shared with the team. We appreciate you taking the time to provide detailed feedback, as it helps us identify areas where we can improve. If you'd like to discuss your order further, please feel free to email your order information to customersupport@rosatis.pizza. We value your business and appreciate your feedback.
