Had a epic pizza experience here, they had a coupon for 15% off and my wife got the menu from the hotel we stayed at, we’re from out of town and took a chance. My wife had the gluten free crust and said it was “really good”. I like the gluten but saw “the rosatis monster” and thought I would take a chance. Any pizza named after the restaurant should be good. It didn’t disappoint. I think this may be the best pizza I have ever had. A heaping pie of everything good. It’s got to have over an inch of toppings mounded with very fresh and well seasoned veggies and meats. The main reason I’m writing this review is the service I received while there. The young girl that took payment gave the coupon back and invited me to keep it for next time. After I had paid I realized I had forgotten to order ranch. She went to the back and handed me a ranch with a smile, when I offered to pay she said “no don’t worry about it”. I know, it’s just a ranch, but the epic “don’t sweat the small stuff” attitude is lost these days. Thanks for a great experience, we will be back. After placing my order around 7 to 730 I waited now until 9:30 at night. I never received my food that has been paid for..very disappointed. Service: 1

Last night we had Rosati's Pizza for our year end with our family. For the first time we got the "take and bake" pizza. We got two 14" and one gluten free. Bake all three and they came out perfect. We got all the pizza's with sausage and cheese and everyone said they were the best. The "Take and bake" worked perfectly, we were able to enjoy the family and bake the pizza and had a hot high quality pizza hot and fresh. Thanks for making our New Years just a little more special.
