Very disappointing experience. We ordered a waffle, but it was extremely hard — not just crispy, but so hard that you could barely press it with a finger. I decided to return it because it was simply not enjoyable or acceptable to eat. Instead of offering a replacement or acknowledging the issue, the staff tried to explain that this was because of the way the waffle is baked. I understand that waffles can be crispy, but there is a big difference between crispy and rock hard. The way the situation was handled was also disappointing. I would have expected much better customer service. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1 Price per person: €20–30

Gentile cliente, ero presente mentre si cercava di capire quale fosse il problema. La commessa parlava male l'inglese, da parte vostra non riuscivate a spiegare cosa volevate. In questo trambusto ho cercato di intervenire ma siete andati via molto arrabbiati. Non sappiamo cosa sia questo "Waffles". Lei ha comprato una normale crostata di albicocche che è di pasta frolla, non è croccante. Al tatto è dura. Non sappiamo cosa Lei volesse. Non ci accusi per diversi prodotti a cui siete abituati e pensate di trovare qui da noi. Grazie
