$35 for this meal was excessive. The portion and overall value simply did not match the price charged. There are far better options available for the same money. I wouldn't recommend it.

I’ve never tried borek before. Nicely served with some accompaniments. Tomatoes and olives tasted good. Not too salty. Very tasty. Friendly family (?) run place. The lady told me water borek is boiled to make it silky smooth. It was very soft and like Macaroni cheese. Totally delicious. The Dad seems to have been cooking it for years and has perfected it. The spinach and feta one was flaky. Also very good. The sambali almond dessert cake thing came with cream which was good as otherwise might have been slightly dry. Quite nice. Not too sweet. No dogs as no outside seating. I found parking in back streets. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4

We had the su börek and the lamb kol börek, and both were lovely. The su börek was delicious, though it could have had a little more flavour. A bit more parsley would have lifted it beautifully. We visited Rose Börek and really enjoyed the hospitality, the service, and the food. It was a comforting meal and a pleasant experience, and we will happily return the next time we are in Sydney.
