Seitdem das Gemeindehaus diverse Shisha-Bars als Nachbarn hat, verkommt hier alles. Abends oft laute Musik und Gegröhle auf der Straße, wildes Geparke. Die Tür steht 24h am Tag sperrangelweit offen. Dubiose Mieter oben drüber. Der Stadt Leimen scheint das aber alles piep-egal zu sein.
