Rosé（喫茶ロゼ）是一間位在吉祥寺的小型老派喫茶店，從吉祥寺站步行幾分鐘即可抵達。店鋪位在建築二樓，需要從一段有點隱密的小樓梯上去，這種入口本身就帶著東京老喫茶店特有的氣氛。 整間店很有昭和時代的復古感。空間不大，但木桌、老式咖啡杯與燈光讓整體氛圍很溫暖。今天造訪時是一位老奶奶在店裡顧店，整個空間有一種很慢、很安靜的時間感。 這次我只點了飲料沒有吃餐食。咖啡本身表現很好，味道乾淨順口。冰淇淋蘇打也很有老派喫茶店的情調，帶著一種現在比較少見的復古甜點感。 雖然沒有實際吃餐點，但從店內的評論與其他客人的分享看起來，料理表現似乎也相當不錯。如果喜歡東京的昭和喫茶文化，這樣的小店其實很迷人。不是流行咖啡館，而是一間有時間感、有生活味道的地方。 Rosé (Kissa Rosé) is a small traditional Japanese coffee shop located in the Kichijoji area, just a short walk from Kichijoji Station. The café is located on the second floor of a building, accessed through a narrow staircase, which already gives it the classic atmosphere of an old Tokyo kissaten. The interior has a nostalgic Showa-era feeling. The space is small, but the wooden tables, classic coffee cups, and warm lighting create a very comfortable environment. When I visited, the café was run by an elderly lady, which added to the quiet charm of the place. This time I only ordered drinks rather than food. The coffee was very good, clean and smooth in flavor. The ice cream soda also had that classic retro kissaten vibe that feels increasingly rare today. I didn’t try the food myself, but based on other reviews and what people around me were ordering, the dishes here seem to be quite well regarded. For anyone interested in Tokyo’s traditional kissaten culture, places like this are worth visiting. It’s not a trendy café, but a place with atmosphere, memory, and character. Cozy and homey atmosphere on the second floor. Ten seats at tables and four on the counter. Gentle BGM is "Insensatez" by the Adriano Souza Trio and Tuca Alves. No Wi-Fi and the Rakuten Mobile signal is quite poor. Extra nice coffee and with the atmosphere it's easy to justify a high four stars. I did try to block the cream, but I was too slow and wound up just drinking it. I wish I had gone for a float instead. Though I didn't eat today and though the menu certainly wasn't prepossessing, the more I saw of the food the more interested I was in having a meal here. Too bad I probably won't get such a chance...
