My husband and I recently moved to Atlanta and prior to attending our first show at the Atlanta Symphony, we dined at Rose + Rye. We were looking forward to dining here, but we were a little nervous based on some of the reviews we had seen. We are so grateful that our dining experience was a great one. First of all, the restaurant is beautiful it is in an old mansion. Upon arrival, the hostess, was extremely friendly. Our server Corey was fantastic, after he learned that it was our first visit, he told us a bit about the restaurant. We had some questions about the food and he made sure to address them and even took an extra step to be sure that my husbands syrup was not spicy, after my husband let him know he did not like a lot of spice. The manager was also very nice and even fixed our table after one of the legs got loose. The food was delicious, my husband had chicken and waffles which he loved and I had salmon with vegetable couscous, it was delicious. For dessert, my husband had a slice of chocolate pecan pie with ice cream and I had the lemon bar pie. We both loved our desserts. We had a great first visit and look forward to the next time we can dine at Rose + Rye.
