Their burgers are absolutely delicious. I've been to every burger joint in racine and kenosha and most in Milwaukee. Rosie's burgers are slept on. They get their meat every morning and hand pattie them. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $10–20
