Well, this place was disappointing given the great overall reviews, especially about the service. The only person who ever talked to us was the person delivering our food, so we didn't experience the great service that everyone else seems to have. The food was even more disappointing. It seems like the food must be premade and then just sits under a heat lamp waiting until someone orders? I got fried eggs and toast. The toast was stale and cold and the eggs were slightly rubbery and the yolks were shriveled up and dried out. For £6, I could have gotten a better breakfast sandwich at the Burger King on the corner. The vegetarian breakfast was better but nothing special (and toast was also cold). But I'd say we were lucky because on our way out, we saw a couple of tables that left their plates of food almost completely untouched and, the table next to us complained about their food but the server seemed like she didn't have anything she could offer but a shrug. The people at that table were so upset that when I ran into her on the stairs coming up from the bathroom, she went out of her way to tell me that her husband's meal was horribly inedible and she wished me luck with my meal! The restaurant obviously has a beautiful castle view but I can't say I'd ever recommend this place to anyone. Great food, great drinks, great staff and great views. Recently moved into the area, we've walked past this place a few times and finally decided to give it a go, we loved it. The food was great, it came out quick too, big portions too, really really good. We both had cocktails all night and they were all amazing! Especially the Tiramisu signature cocktail. It goes without saying but the staff were lovely. Thanks for a lovely evening, we'll be back. Price per person: £40–50

Fifteen of us came last night for a Rosita's Christmas event. Our own area, two tables so room for dancing. Plentiful freshly cooked food, brilliant staff and excellent singer ( Rio). All made it a great night enjoyed by us all. Big thanks Rosita's!
