Was not expecting much from Italian food place in the New Mexico mountains, boy was I wrong. This place was amazing. The food was probably the best Italian I've had in the last decade. The service was on point and it's set up super cute with both indoor and outdoor seating. Price per person: $20–30

We could smell the restaurant aroma while we approached, and it was the first of many signs that we made a great dining choice! The smells and sounds brought back some of my Italian roots. I might be able to write a chapter about the garlic bread alone. The short version is that it was very good. More on the food in a minute. Charming, friendly atmosphere. This is the first place we have ever tried dining out with our dog. They were able to accommodate that with gorgeous outdoor patio seating. Even without a dog, we would sit outside (weather permitting). They provided a water bowl for our dog - which was a kindness. Wait staff was friendly. I had a delicious soup and dessert (you have to prioritize), and my wife had an amazing piñon pesto pasta. I snuck a bite and can confirm it was really good. If I had leas dignity, I would have had my way with the bits of sauce on her plate at the end. Just wow. The tomato bisque soup was also excellent. Our dessert was a raspberry cheesecake item - we took the last 2-3 bites home because we couldn’t finish it and we were NOT going to let that go to waste. This was a special meal for our family and we picked an amazing place. Two thumbs up! Price per person: $20–30 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

We've been to roso's 4 times now, and every time the food, service and overall experience has been wonderful! If you get the chance the outside seating its beautiful and the staff have always been a pleasure. Don't skip out on the dessert Price per person: $20–30 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
