My first time and my girlfriend's second time here, we had the Capesante appetizer and Dolce Emma and the Rosso pizzas. Everything was very good. Dolce Emma was my favourite. Vibes were great. Music was tasteful and a good volume. Our server Harmony was great! Service with a smile and we were never left wanting for anything. This is one of my favorite places in Edmonton, and today's brunch experience just exceeded every other experience to the point where I decided I needed to come offer a review! Best hollandaise sauce I've ever had, fabulous and friendly service, and perfectly poached eggs. 10/10 recommend! I finally got to go to Rosso Pizzeria last weekend, and it was wonderful! They had a few fabulous Happy Hour specials - $10 for a margarita pizza - can't go wrong! The food was delicious, and our server was friendly. We tried the meatballs, baked riccota cheese, and pizza. Everything was yummy, and they do a traditional thin italian pizza very well! I would say that 1 pizza could feed a single person due to the thin crust. They had a sign that said they do brunch of the weekends, which I am excited to try! I made a reservation online a few days earlier (super easy to do, and I highly recommend it because the place did get busy). We went to dinner at 4:30 pm and the place was full by 5 pm. The atmosphere is cozy, and the place has a great vibe. They have a few parking spots (you must register your license plate with the hostess), but typically, you have to find paid street parking around the neighborhood. Thank-you for your thorough and educational review, Marisa! Parking definitely can be sticky here. I’m just thankful we actually have some dedicated parking spots. If you ever receive a parking ticket mistakenly while you’re here, bring it back in or get in touch with the restaurant remotely somehow. I can void them if you were in the restaurant. Anyway, please do come to Rosso for brunch. Fair warning: it’s slow food being that brunch is challenging in our small kitchen with fire being our main cooking implement. Keep supporting local, and can’t wait to meet you myself! Raeleen
