Its so sad to have to write this review because Roundtable is my fave pizza and this is the location I usually go to. Tonight's service was just crappy worse was the chick answering the phone with the annoyed voice. Pizza was wrong didnt bother to call that they ran out of the dough I ordered. They forget my soda. I places my order 2 hours ago. The manager apologized after the annoyed chick passed the phone to him because shes was an idiot and couldnt handle how to explain the process of store credit since I paid cash and I was at home. Manager asked what I wanted and I said what I paid for. Im still waiting for my damn soda. The nasty ass pizza is cold and gross. Its 9:42pm they close at 10pm and still no soda. Horrible damn service especially that B**CH with the worst customer service skills.
