We received the wrong pizza and when asked if we could pick up a replacement and we said we’re unable to pick up they wouldn’t bring us another CORRECT pizza and when I called back the second time the person on the phone refused to help and said there wasn’t anything they could do other than have us order another pizza next week and get a credit but also buy another pizza! Then when I asked for a refund because of an order they messed up, I was told no and then when I said this is terrible customer service I was hung up on! I also asked if there was a manger there and was told no and when I asked for the managers name he said Nicole and couldn’t tell me when she worked again so I could speak with her. We are missing other items in order as well as our pizza being made incorrectly. Price per person: $60–70 Service: 1

It's been 10+ years since I've enjoyed a Round Table pizza and forgot how much I enjoy it. All fresh ingredients. Shout out to the super nice young man who took our order and brought our pizza.
