Order a chicken sandwich from here - a “West Turn” chicken sandwich to be exact. Highly disappointed I paid $15 - does not come with fries, just chips and you’ll end up being up-charged for friesthen the sandwich itself has 3 jumbo sized onion rings on it, and the piece of chicken is so big, I could not eat it. Disappointed!! How is the piece of chicken the size of 4 buns!! Maybe do smaller portions so fries can be included with the meal? Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $10–20 Food: 2 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3

I have gone here twice with my friend Dylan. Great service. Wonderful food. Amazing staff. And both times we went, barely any wait times. We sat at the bar both times. We found out about this place on Google when we were starving for breakfast a month ago. Malik was our server both times and he's amazing. He knows how to strike a conversation with the customers and he seems really happy about working here. 10/10 all around. He even remembered us from our first visit. I am so happy that the Roundabout Restaurant has opened in West Springfield. I go 6 days of the week sometimes 7 days. All the food I have had is outstanding . I have never had a bad meal. Everything is cooked to order . The muffins are homemade and delicious. The staff is wonderful everyone greets you with smiles and is pleasant and cheerful . I would give the Roundabout a 10 out of 10. I cannot find anything wrong everything to me is perfect. Thank you . Nancy K. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
