I've been drinking milk religiously since I was like 4 years old. I've tried every kind: the cheapest brand, the organic, the lactose-free. I first tried this milk when a representative came and offered us a free gallon. I drank a glass and I'll never try another brand or kind. The flavor is full and delicious. It's literally the best I've ever tried. They deliver each Wednesday for us and the kids love it too. You can tailor each order per need. And the price is equivalent to a gallon of organic milk at a chain store. I determined this to be superior milk for no additional cost vs. organic store milk. I read some of the reviews that say the customer service is bad; I have not experienced any issues. They even put ice in the box they give you to make sure the milk doesn't spoil overnight. I'll buy Royal Crest for life.

We buy milk through the Northgate Sprouts called Farmer's All Natural Milk, which is a brand that Royal Crest delivers to the store. Several of our 2% bottles have little blue plastic bits floating in the milk that seem to come from the plastic cap upon opening. Please see photos. At first, this seemed like a one-off and we got the bits out and enjoyed the milk as usual, but now it's EVERY single gallon. Some of the pieces are so small, you have to look carefully so that you don't ingest them. Major health hazard. This needs to be addressed NOW.

We've been Royal Crest customers for 4 years now. Each delivery has been on time and met all expectations. Each phone call to the home office, for whatever reason, received with politeness and what seemed to be a smiling employee on the other end of the call. We are so thankful for the delivery people and the job they do, particularly on those outrageously snowy early mornings. Thanks guys. Now, here's the deal: Soon, we'll be moving to Larkspur where there's a small pocket of an area which is not covered by our beloved Royal Crest Dairy. NOOoooooo! Come on, RC! There are lots of folks in this area dreaming of your delivery services -- lots of need. Our roads are maintained by the county and not at all steep; plus, they're also quite wide. We've noticed you deliver to areas far more challenging with very narrow, pothole-filled dirt roads and steep inclines. Come on out and have a look-see at our neighborhood; you'll find a large community where many are interested in the service you provide. The community is called Spruce Mountain Estates. Pretty please with (hopefully) Royal Crest Dairy whipping cream on top?
