Just found out why this place is always empty. 3 piece white meal was $12 . I was given 2 dinky wings. Only after I said something did I get a breast added- it looks gross. Not gonna eat it

The chicken was fresh, hot, and full of flavor. definitely some of the best I’ve had. The rest of the food was just as great, and everything was prepared perfectly. On top of that, the customer service was outstanding—friendly, fast, and welcoming.

I just wanted to compliment two employees that were extremely helpful to me as I attempted to navigate the new app. Elissa and Robin were very helpful and although we couldn't get the app to work the way it was designed to work, these ladies were patient and attempted every resolution that they could in order to remedy the situation. I believe their professionalism, dedication to customer service and their overall pleasant demeanor brought great credit upon themselves and the Royal Farms corporation. I think Royal Farms in Grandy N.C. is lucky to have such great employees. Thank you- David C.
