I had been coming to Royal Jasmine for 10 years, but this time went after a years gap. I have to say that food quality has gone down a little bit. Their hot & sour soup and crispy beef used to be my all-time favorite, but this time, they were not up to the standards. I was telling my family that this used to be my #1 Hakka Chinese spot, but unfortunately, the quality of food has declined. Their servers were really good in terms of service. Totally disappointing.Got Hair in the noodles we ordered and when informed the restaurant had to face rude and arrogant behavior from the staff.Imagine the state of mind one gets when you see these on our served food.I will never visit this restaurant again.Have small kids and I value our health more.

One of my worst ever experience!! More than a food, it was the owner pathetic behavior… zero customer obsession, rude and greedy person! I and my family visited this place last week, where “ crispy beef “ was ordered among others which was the worst cook food. Never ever will go there!
