Short walk off the beaten track, but well worth it. Proper traditional boozer, great beer (Theakstones). Friendly landlady, decent price. Will call again next time I’m in Driffield. Price per person: £1–10 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

The Royal Oak is a nice unspoiled traditional local pub. There is a good choice of beers including cask conditioned hand pulled real ale. The theakston's bitter was excellent when we visited. There is a front bar and Lounge, the back room has a pool table. I will definitely call in again when I'm in the area. The pub is Dog friendly. Price per person: £1–10 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
