Had our staff Christmas party here what can I say brilliant, A warm welcome as you entered the pub with a large selection of drinks on the bar, The table was set up nicely and the food was incredible the lamb shank was to die for perfectly cooked and the dessert was delicious. Lots of games to keep the whole party entertained and a great atmosphere All in all I highly recommend the Pub and a lot of us will definitely be returning again soon Rooms: 5 Service: 5 Location: 5

We've just had Christmas dinner here, WOW, what a meal. From arrival to the time we walked out, nothing was too much trouble from any of the staff, Hannah and her team of trojans just seem to thrive on work. The meal, the turkey was tender and juicy, pigs in blankets were to die for and the spuds, crispy on the outside and fluffy inside, carrots, brussels and pickled cabbage as well on the plate plus a bowl of cauliflower cheese on the table as well. Thank you Hannah and her staff for a wonderful Christmas dinner, I would heartily recommend this pub whether you are local or just passing through the area and fancy a swift half and a bite to eat.
