If you happen to be around East Perth Cemeteries, visit this restaurant. Visitors state that they like the menu of Vietnamese cuisine at 88 Royal. It's worth coming to this place for good beef pho, pho noodles and banh mi.

Stopped in here for a takeaway coffee on my way to a meeting. Good location. Small place with not a lot of seating. The Vietnamese food they had on offer looked ok.

A great value little cafe with a surprisingly extensive menu of burgers, sandwiches, hot box fast options and takeaway shop options (including corn jacks!!) but you'd go stray if you didn't try their authentic Vietnamese dishes. The staff are really friendly, it's good value and one of my better choices on this strip of boring overpriced toasties, coffees and takeaways.

Vietnamese Banh Mi Thit is an absolute must try if you're coming here! 88 Royal is mainly just a normal deli but the rolls are out of this world!!
