Dear Customer Service Team, I visited your Ganemulla Royal Gate branch today and ordered a pork macaroni. Since I really enjoy garlic, I politely requested that extra garlic be added to my meal, and I was willing to pay any additional charge if necessary. However, the chef responded by saying that garlic is expensive and that they only use a garlic and ginger paste. I was disappointed because my request was not considered or discussed properly. If providing extra garlic was not possible, I believe the staff should have explained the reason politely and offered an alternative instead of simply refusing. I would also like to mention that I genuinely like your food, and the taste is always very good. This complaint is not about the quality of the food, but about the customer service I received. As a customer, I expected my reasonable request to be handled in a more professional and customer-friendly manner. I hope you will share this feedback with your team and improve the customer experience in the future. Thank you.

I placed an order through Uber, requesting Mixed Noodles; however, I unfortunately received Chicken Noodles instead. I’m quite disappointed with this mix-up, as it did not match my order.
