Roy's fish and chips was recommended to us as a restaurant by a tour guide. Well, it's a downtown restaurant. Service and operation were fine. The English style fish and chips meal is served on plates not in a newspaper. But the food was nothing special and was served after a short wait. Definitely recommended for a change. Prices are relatively high. Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 3
