Went here because our regular place is on vacation. It's a bit further to travel for me but it was definitely worth it. The food was very good, it was clean, and quiet. They have online ordering also, which is a plus. This is by far one of the best places I’ve found in the Lehigh Valley to get Chinese food. These people are great. The atmosphere is friendly. The establishment is clean. They have a dining area. The food is always consistent. Meaning you won’t get it a different flavor tomorrow then you will today. Highly recommend this establishment eat here now at least 3 to 4 times a month wouldn’t go anywhere else. I have tried many and to no avail a waste of time always end up going back to Ruby Cafe Chinese Food. Eat here you won’t regret it. Nor will you go back to your former Chinese takeout Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
