General tso's chicken was dry, no broccoli, just dried noodles and had an awful, leftover chemical taste. I will never go there again. Service was unwelcoming! I had to throw it in the garbage. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1 Price per person: $10–20

Disappointing. Don't recommend. And won't be back. Got Lunch Special of Sweet and Sour Chicken with Pork Fried Rice and Hot and Sour Soup. The chicken was breaded and designed to take up container space. That's cheaping out. In addition, the breading was not fully cooked. Yuk. The pork fried rice had minimal onions and pork. Unlike a better place, it had no bean sprouts. The hot and sour soup didn't have mushrooms. It also wasn't spicy hot at all. Even temperature-wise, I'll point out for you that the soup was not evenly heated. It was actually cold in spots. When compared to my China Inn review, this place -- New Ruby Chinese Restaurant -- fails. Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $1–10 Food: 2 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3
