This place was a culinary "come-to-Jesus" for me and I am Jewish. I cannot express enough how wildly flavorful and delicious this take on Korean Street food was. Yes, the cocktails blasted me out of my body, but not nearly as much as the tender duck in the Gnocch Bokki or the crispy pork belly in the Baked Potato. I will never sleep again as the choir of angels from my first bite continues to haunt me long after my visit. You can do no wrong ordering anything at this place. Seriously. Order freaking dirt and they will serve it with rice and kim chi and it will still somehow change your life. 11/10. Bangin'. Taking some hot honey wings to go as we speak and PRAYING there's a fridge at my air bnb, otherwise I am in T R O U B L E. Ruby Doo's provides a great atmosphere where award winning Chef Drew serves phenomenal Korean food inspired by his family and cultural roots! Their highly trained staff serves up a traditional Korean menu, but with a modern flare that is evident within their cooking style. Whenever you walk into Ruby Doo's, you immediately feel welcomed and never go unnoticed. Wait staff is attentive, but never overbearing like some other restaurants.
