This is the only coffee I have enjoyed since leaving Australia for this UK trip. This guy here knows his coffee & how to make the perfect flat white. Maybe something to do with the fact he gained some knowledge in Melbourne & Sydney Oz!! The best breakfasts and coffees in Brid just got even better with the arrival of the new menu!! You must try the shakshuka or the creamy garlic mushrooms - WOW!! Finally tried Ruby soho and I would say without a doubt its the best place for coffee and a bite to eat in bridlington. Staff are very welcoming, coffee was amazing, couldn't beat the service and atmosphere. Will definitely be coming back! A hidden gem of bridlington Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
