This bar and Market Square can be both really attractive for tourists. Ruby Sunshine offers you to try perfectly cooked fried prawns, eggs benedict and cheese omelette. In accordance with the guests' opinions, waiters serve good biscuits, chocolate pancakes and white chocolate bread pudding here. Delicious Mimosas, bellini or brandy are among the most popular drinks at this place. Get your meal started with great vanilla latte, vanilla iced coffee or juice.

10/10 will be coming back to Knoxville specifically for this restaurant. I swore I wouldn’t come back to Knoxville because it was such a hectic environment but I WILL be back for Ruby Sunshine. I will never be able to eat breakfast again without a flight of mimosas and a spiked cold brew. I need a spiked sugar cookie cold brew everyday before work. I will spend the next many months thinking of the mimosas and cold brew until I find my way back to Knoxville and cure the depression that will ultimately set in when I leave. Sunday Brunch exceeded expectations. Atmosphere was relaxed and comfortable. Aniya D provided excellent service. Food was delicious - especially the French Toast Bites!
