A good and affordable spot! A good addition to the food court. My favorite was the Mango Chicken!

I was impressed by the work ethic of the employee providing mango chicken samples in front of the restaurant. She greeted everyone who walked by with a smile and worked hard to bring people in. Although I wasn't crazy about what I sampled, her enthusiasm made me want to give the place a try. That was when I realized there wasn't a single Thai item on the menu, at least not that I recognized. Not even Western-type Thai food like Pad Thai, they had greasy looking lo mein and Singapore Noodles. I still wanted to give them a chance, and their stir fried green beans and vegetables looked fresh and good. The problem was finding a palatable main. I tried one of their spicy chicken options, but it was bland and salty. I didn't want to endlessly sample food, but was genuinely in search of something edible. I hoped to try one more thing, I would have even paid to sample or accepted a smaller portion with my meal, but the guy acted like I was trying to rob them when I wanted to try one more thing. It wasn't the only two sample policy, but his delivery. He practically yelled, "Only two samples lady." I think it was the "lady" part that I appreciated the least. I really wanted to support this business, but what I tried was gross and heavy. Some items looked good, and maybe there are some genuinely delicious things here. People remember the way you make them feel. Although I understand limiting samples to two per customer, including the mango chicken, I was taken aback by the way he communicated this. I took my business next door. I was not expecting fine dining in a mall food court, but was surprised not to see as much as a curry on their menu. I wish them success and know there is a place for this type of food here, this is only my experience. If you're seeking even the most watered down version of Thai food, go elsewhere. I'm sure some of their items are good for what they are, but I was disappointed by the experience. Food: 1 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2

I had went a few days ago and can I say how shocked I was about the quality and taste of the mango chicken ?! It was absolutely delicious. I had been passing through the mall thinking about what to have for lunch and a sweet woman was handing out samples for Ruby Thai Kitchen . She was absolutely personable and kind . The samples of the mango chicken were absolutely delicious so it convinced me to get my own plate . Amazing prices , staff & food . This is definitely a place I’d recommend anyone try . I hope it sticks and they continue to stay in business !! I’m not from Appleton but I hope to be able to come back soon!! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
