Cool service is a strong point that plays a great role for the success of Ruby Tuesday. In accordance with the reviewers' opinions, prices are adequate. You will definitely like the cozy atmosphere. This is my second time going to Ruby Tuesday's in Americus Georgia. The first time that I went the black waitress with blonde hair was fantastic and food was great. But the date of 04/10/2026 was not great at all. The waitress wanted to sit us, somewhere that we were uncomfortable with. After we sat our self, she act like she did not want to serve us by not coming to table until 10 minutes or asked another waitress to her we was ready.The restaurant didn't have but 4 table of 1 to 2 people and 1 person at bar, 3 waitress and 1 bartender. We had the triple play which consist of ribs, steak, shrimp and fries and shrimp scampi and breadstick. The shrimp scampi was dry, the steak was overcooked and french fries was cold. I'm not the one to complain but the poor services and food was terrible. The waitresses was nice after the fact she overheard us complaining. I can carry on about lot of things that went wrong in that setting. We got to do better ! Thank for reach out to me. 06/20/2026, Today, I revisted Ruby Tuesday and was better experience the waitress was name Mia she was great and she made me forget about all other experiences that we went through . Food was good steak was so tender and drinks great. Thanks again Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $90–100

Oh my gosh, where do I start. When we got there, the waitress was friendly. She took our order. Had to wait over 30 minutes. My husband ordered steak well done with steamed broccoli and rice. Steak wasn’t cooked correctly had to send it back. Broccoli was not cooked properly. They were hard. I ordered the Triple Play. My ribs and tenders were overcooked and dry. They tried to replace them and recooked some more tenders only to not be satisfied. I will not eat there again. Very disappointed with this restaurant in Americus, Ga. Meal type: Dinner Food: 1 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 1

Great food, clean environment, and very family-friendly. I’m glad they brought back the hard-boiled eggs to the salad bar. It’s become my family’s go-to spot for lunch after church on Sundays. The atmosphere and service have improved tremendously over the last few months, and it’s easy to see the difference. We’ll definitely keep coming back! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
