I want to start by mentioning Megan * apologies if I've misspelled your name*She was great, very friendly, quick, happy uplifted, and she made our experience great!!As far as the food goes...... I'm glad we had gift cards because it was not worth out of pocket money. Our ribs still had the membrane on them, mushrooms tasted old, steaks were very low quality and over cooked...... Almost looked like a boiled steak and it had very little flavor.My zucchini was drenched in butter and I couldn't eat it. The baked potatoes were the best part, very good! The shrimp fondue was delicious!I would also like to mention, upon entering.... The place smelled pungent of mildew.... My husband does house restorations for a living and deals with mold and things all the time, he ended up having some asthma problems on our visit.I know we could of said something but, seeing as we had gift cards.... And drove an hour to get here, the drama and mess would have just been a migraine to endure.First time at Ruby Tuesday, unfortunately not an experience I'm willing to venture in again. Thank you Megan for being the best part of our trip, I'm sorry we did not mention any issues at the time of service, there would have been nothing you could of done to help the situation..... You're amazing!!
