Anthony Richard’s was our server. He went above and beyond to take care of us, made us feel welcomed, valued and as if we were the most important guests that he was serving! Not only did he serve us, but he was not afraid to tell us he is a man of God when ask. It takes a real honest man to admit his faith and be proud of it! What on earth happened to Ruby Tuesday??? Went to dinner tonight and it was a disaster. We waited 45 minutes for our food… actually only two of us did. One of us only waited 30 minutes and completely finished their meal before we got ours. No refills. Food was very meh. But mostly the wait was just insane. It was not packed. It is very clear this location prioritizes DoorDash and to-go orders over the flesh and blood people who are inside their restaurant. It was almost comical. We were going to leave and just pay for the one meal that came out, but our server (who was very sweet) ended up bringing out the food right as we were about to leave. This restaurant has one customer: the app. The algorithm. Strangers waiting for a DoorDash driver. That’s who they care about. They don’t care about the people who have been in a car all day traveling and now sitting in a booth for 45 minutes with empty glasses and no food. Such is the way in Beckley, West Virginia in 2025. And we paid $80 for the privilege! PS. The salad bar, which is like the very soul of a Ruby Tuesdays was TRAGIC. Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1 Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $20–30
