Had lunch at Ruby Tuesdays in Culpeper, VA and was extremely disappointed. We were surprised to see customers at only three tables at 12:00 p.m. The service was extremely SLOW. We were not happy with the quality of food or the cleanliness of the dining area. We do not intend to return to RT. Food: 2 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2 Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $20–30

The salad bar was disgusting (that was the reason we came), the ‘cook’ had a long scraggly beard without a hair net, and an employee came out of the kitchen with a clean rack of silverware that they promptly plopped on the floor! Our waitress (Heather) noticed and picked them up. Heather was very attentive and friendly. The food was ordered was good, not great. We will NOT be back. Definitely not a $30+ meal….
