Had an amazing lunch today. I came in feeling not my best and was greeted my the best waitress "CLAUDIA" I've experienced in a while. She got my food to me very fast and her cheerful demeanor put the biggest smile on my face. Thank you Claudia any guest that comes should ask for her. I don't know what they're paying her but she needs to RAISE ASAP. Will definitely be coming BACK!!!! Meal type: Lunch Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4

Absolutely awful. The food, the service and the atmosphere. I ordered a Ribeye steak, mashed potatoes and Lobster Bisque. The steakdefinitely a thin top steak, I received a baked potato and they were out of Lobster Bisque. I had to send the steak back and asked again for the mashed potatoes. The waiter was no where to be found. We get our check and I’m charged for the Lobster Bisque and butter and sour cream? I asked those items to be removed and it took forever. I asked to speak to the manager and she said she was so sorry. I get it, Ruby Tuesdays is not a 5 Star Steak House but we were caught in a storm and ended up driving home instead of flying, but service should still be good for the prices you pay. It was awful IMO Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I have been coming here since last year . Always very impressed with the food / drinks / service . Today I was served by Ms Claudia who was super friendly and helpful in choosing the menu and navigating the ruby rewards app Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $40–50 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Vegetarian offerings: Not sure Vegetarian options: Not sure
