Stop in and ask for Melissa. Her customer service skills are top notch! I've never had a bad experience, bad food or bad service. I enjoy taking the kids and my clients that have special needs here because of the quiet atmosphere, customer service and so.many different menu options. I will say that we usually go mid-week so the weekends are probably much more busy. It's Ruby Tuesday. Is it as good as Ruth's Chris? Probably not but way more affordable especially when you're feeding hungry kids and a 15-year-old that eats a triple smashburger, a whole plate of fries AND pasta salad from the garden bar. In my opinion, Ruby Tuesday is the better value especially when you take advantage of their daily deals and endless garden bar. Where else can you get a smashburger a fries and a salad for 9 bucks? Also you can order online and pick it up curbside. Seriously, this might not be for everyone but if you have hungry, picky kids that may be sensitive to noise, give it a chance if you haven't been. I work from home full time while raising three grandchildren and caring for two adults with special needs full-time in my home so I know what chaos is. As you can probably tell, I am a huge fan but not only me, my husband loves the "ultimate feast" and nothing is wasted plus everyone is satisfied! We had a late night dinner with family. Arrived around 9pm with 10 people. Team was very courteous and we had a great service from Leaavon. The manager helped pull tables together to get us seated quickly and they replenished the salad bar even though it was late because several of us ordered the salad bar. They didn’t rush our group despite the fact they were closing soon. Great experience Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $20–30 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

The salad bar was the worst I have seen at any of the many Ruby Tuesdays I have been too. While this was the first time i had been to this particular Ruby Tuesdays in Elizabethtown, Kentucky, I was expecting the same experience as the other Restaurants in Michigan. There was food in the dressing, there was food bits all over the bar and around the dishes, many containers were empty and some food was frozen to the dish it was in. Not very nice looking. I did ask for someone to come and at least wipe up the mess and fill the dishes up seeing i had to pay 5.99 extra. The man came and filled 3 containers and took the yucky dressing away, but did not complete the job. Then one of the cooks and the guy who was working the salad bar and two others went outside to smoke in a car right in front of the building. There needs to be some changes at this restaurant before I would recommend or ever eat there again. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $40–50 Food: 2 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 2
