We had a group of 10 people. They were able to accommodate us nicely. The waitress was very nice. Everyone seemed to enjoy their meal. We didn't feel rushed. Very comfortable atmosphere. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $30–40

BEWARE!!!! My wife and I visited this restaurant and left very disappointed. The food was okay, but the salad bar did not appear to be maintained very well. Food had fallen around the serving areas, and the entire area needed to be cleaned. The most frustrating part happened when we paid. We had a $25 gift card and used cash to cover the rest of the bill. As we were leaving, an employee approached us and said the card had expired. We were confused because we had received it only about a month and a half earlier. After looking more closely, we discovered that because it was issued as part of a promotion, it expired after only 30 days. A 30-day expiration period is UNREASONABLE and should have been disclosed much more clearly. Customers may reasonably believe they are receiving a normal gift card, only to discover that their money or promotional value disappears after one month. The employee handled the situation appropriately, and we do not blame the staff member. However, this policy feels DECEPTIVE and creates a very POOR customer experience. Anyone purchasing or receiving one of these cards should carefully check the expiration date BEWARE. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $20–30 Food: 3 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3

They young lady waitresses was very kind and friendly and professional at her job! The boys Hermantown, Minnesota like the service received from waitresses was very pleasant and attractive young lady!! She came over and engaged us in very pleasant conversation! Restaurant was very well maintained!! We’re from out town we’re there to pick son Maximus from the Hospital! We visited Ruby Tuesday on February 2 Monday 2026 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
