The 12.98 salad bar is great but expensive. I got the special of the day which was half rack of BBQ ribs. It was good but they BBQ sauce was not over all the ribs so I got some sauce for the complete BBQ ribs experience. The bartender was the table host and was pretty good. She got 3 other tables while I was there. No problems. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $30–40 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4

Went today and enjoyed a meal with my wife and kids. This was a last shot for us our last several experiences were not great, no even decent but this time was different. Overall we left satisfied. The chips with the chips and queso were a little soggy and stale. Not all of them just some of them and the queso was room temperature at best. Our waitress was friendly and attentive and our meals were got were spot on and just perfect. This review isn’t meant to bash. It’s meant to let people know that maybe things have changed for the better. Ruby Tuesday is one of my favorite places to eat pre covid. After Covid they spiraled. Until now. We will definitely be back. The honey bourbon chicken the best!! Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $80–90 Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Recommended dishes: Cheese Dip

Just got back from giving Ruby's another try, after over a year of avoiding. (the one in Festus.) I feel like I was just literally robbed of the $100 wasted for 2 people. Coming home hungry after spending that much is ridiculous. The wait staff were nice but the food subpar at best. They were out of potato skins and mozzarella sticks. The dip was minimal and cold. The chips were stale. The baked potato wasn't remotely warm, and couldn't even melt the butter I had to wait for. The steaks were cold and terrible. She asked if we wanted boxes upon seeing 3/4 of the food still on the plates, was declined. I didn't say anything at the restaurant because it made my spouse uncomfortable. I would absolutely like a refund and a call from upper management. I am in the top 20% of restaurant reviewers on Google and this is absolutely the worst review I have EVER had to leave ANYWHERE. We were going to go Texas Roadhouse up the street and unfortunately made the mistake of going back here. A mistake I will not make again. Utterly disgusted.
