Triple smash burger with fries and salad bar special. Salad bar was fresh & full, outstanding. Burger was flawless, cooked to perfection. Fries were the precise amount of crisp you hope for and very flavorful. Service was outstanding as well. Tremendous experience here. I highly recommend Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Honestly very disappointed. I wanted to make a call in order and got put on hold 3 different times. When I went to go pick my food up, I got told to go to the bar and ask for it there. I walked over to the bar and the gal took longer than expected to notice I was there. Then she just walked away as I was paying. I got my food and went to my car and just decided to check it on a whim. I was missing one side and two other toppings. I went back in, and again, they took longer than they should’ve to notice I was waiting. I told the gal what I was missing, so she goes back to the kitchen and hands me the rest of my order. Don’t get me wrong, the food was decent but there was hardly anything. A baked potato, a half of handful of fries and maybe 6 shrimp and 4 scollops. If anything I was expecting a good portion of fries. Again I’m just very disappointed with the overall service and the lack of quality. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20 Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

We travel through there quite often, and we always stop at Ruby Tuesday's, the food is always good and the prices are always fair, the service that we receive has always been excellent, and it has a great atmosphere
