A couple of tasty grilled chicken sandwiches and a few trips to the fresh salad bar made for a nice lunch. Service also was good as Byron did a nice job.

We travel ALOT and always look for a Ruby Tuesday’s but this one is the only bad experience we’ve ever had. Waitress awesome! Ordered the Beef dip....🤣🤣 it’s literally sliced beef on a hoagie roll with brown gravy from a jar and some of this brown gravy on the side to “dip” ?!?!? Anything else on it is extra which is ok I guess but I ordered cheese on it and well.... no cheese! Ordered the sampler which was horrible. Over cooked chicken strips, cheese sticks were awful, fried pickles were good but that was it! Although I NEVER have seen anyone put anything fried on a bed of shredded lettuce!!! Hot on lettuce?!?!? WHAT???? That’s how the fried pickles are served! The manager did comp the sampler asit was not eaten, but never ever came to talk with us at all! They can seriously learn ALOT from the Gainesville location! That location has never let us down!! Great food there!!
